Naya’s Chair | Holistic Hair Care Naya’s Chair provides thoughtful, individualized hair care for clients who want to maintain the health and integrity of their natural hair while enjoying versatile styling. Services are approached with the condition of your hair and scalp in mind. Each appointment includes the care necessary to support your hair goals, including a cleanse, conditioning and treatment as needed, trim, moisture preparation, blow-dry, styling, and guidance for maintaining your hair between appointments. NEW CLIENTS All new clients begin with an in-person consultation and service. Your first appointment allows time to assess your hair and scalp, discuss your current regimen and goals, and establish an appropriate plan for your hair moving forward. Your service will be performed according to the needs and integrity of your hair at the time of your appointment. Extensions are not added during the New Client Consultation. Once your hair has been assessed and your care plan established, future appointments may include extension services when appropriate. WHAT YOUR SERVICE INCLUDES Your appointment is designed as a complete service rather than a collection of individual add-ons. Depending on your hair’s needs, your service includes: * Cleanse and condition * Treatment as needed * Trim * Moisture preparation * Safe blow-dry and styling preparation * Your selected service * Maintenance and at-home care instructions Your deposit is applied toward your total service price, so the price shown at booking reflects the full cost of your appointment. ABOUT JAHNAYA Jahnaya Simone is a licensed cosmetologist with a certification in trichology (scalp care), a certified personal trainer with a degree in Health & Human Performance, and a certified mindset coach. These disciplines inform the holistic approach behind Naya’s Chair: caring for the hair and scalp while recognizing the role that routine, lifestyle, and consistent maintenance can play in long-term hair health. Clients can expect attentive service, education about their hair and style, and an environment centered on care, comfort, and continued progress. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Appointments must be booked online. Same-day appointments are not available. Please arrive on time and without additional guests or children unless they are being serviced. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Hair and scalp with open sores or wounds cannot be serviced until healed. LOCATION Naya’s Chair is located just off Baltimore-Washington Highway and is accessible from Union Station by connecting bus routes, the DC Streetcar, or a short rideshare trip.
