Cancellation Policy
A card is required upon booking for all clients to hold their appointment slot. The card will be charged at checkout if that is the preferred method of payment. Same day cancellations or no-shows will result in a 15% (of service price) charge to the card on file.
Keep in contact if there are any unexpected occurrences on the day of the appointment. We will reschedule if expected arrival is more than 20 minutes after appointment start time.
