We specialize in expert trims, nourishing treatments, stylish braids, and luxurious silk presses, all while prioritizing the health of your hair, your scalp and a healthy lifestyle that supports it. Experience a nurturing environment where your beauty and hair vitality are our top priorities. We are located right off BW Hwy and accessible via metro from the Union Station stop with connecting buses (X2 or X9), free street car, and 5-8 min uber. ✨📝 (Braid services include wash, condition, blow dry and the hair. This includes Human Boho Hair, not Rebundle hair)✨ ✨✨✨Naya’s Chair Policies✨✨✨ Respect the Chair This is a healing space dedicated to healthy hair care and relaxation. Please arrive ready to receive your service with a calm and respectful spirit. Booking • All appointments must be booked online through booking site. • A deposit of at least $25 is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if rescheduled within X hours. • Same-day appointments are not available. • New clients must book a consultation prior to their first service. • All service updates and exclusive hair care tips are shared in the monthly newsletter — be sure to subscribe to stay informed. Consultations • Consultations are required for new clients. • A stand-alone consultation cannot be booked with braid or mini twist services. Packages • Service packages are available and can be customized to fit your needs. • To create a custom package, please contact the stylist directly. Treatments • All treatments are considered add-ons and must be booked alongside another service. • If booked as a stand-alone service, treatments will be priced to include a cleanse, condition, and simple blowout. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be charged a fee. Time & Punctuality • Arrive on time to get the most out of your appointment. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled at the stylist’s discretion. Payments • Remaining balances are due at the end of your appointment. • Accepted payment methods: [list options]. Children & Guests • To maintain a relaxing environment, no additional guests or children unless being serviced.
